How do I create a backup?
Creating backups is extremely important, it protects your website incase of a hard drive failure or an accidental error by yourself.
We advise that you use home backups and mysql database backups. To create a home backup login
to your cPanel account and click the backup link (
).
Then click "Download a home directory Backup" and save the file to your computer. If you wish to create a mysql backup find "Download a MySQL Database Backup" and
then click on the name of the mysql database you wish to backup and save the file to your computer.
